How does the form work?

This form is divided into 12 sections – form completion takes approximately 10 minutes. Additional supporting documents, if not already provided, may be uploaded later using the dedicated tool 

Steps:

• First, fill in the form – mind mandatory fields marked with *; By the end of the completion, you will be shown a list of the necessary documents you may later upload on our dedicated page , if not already provided;

• Second, please ensure you complete the procedure by clicking on “place order” – you will automatically receive a booking confirmation via email.
